Interiors

Elegantly designed, the Villa develops over 3 floors and offers 5 double bedrooms (3 of which with ensuite bathrooms), 7 bathrooms (6 with shower and one of them with bath and shower).
On the ground floor, a spacious living room with fireplace is connected to the patio and the garden. The kitchen is another true delight of Villa. Made for enthusiastic cooks, the kitchen is fully equipped and boasts two ovens as well as two dishwashers, as well as a double door fridge. Directly connected to the indoor dining room, the kitchen opens up to the outdoor dining area, an inviting space for either a glamorous meal or a simple afternoon aperitif. Also on this floor lie two out of the 5 double bedrooms, both with queen beds and an ensuite bathrooms.

Accessed through an imposing drive amidst Oak trees, bountyful Corbezzolo shrubs, hundred of rose and rosemary bushes, the villa is discretely positioned below the panoramic private swimming pool that sits on the highest part of this 10000 sum private garden, enjoying great views and a large paved area with loungers, sunbeds and umbrellas.
The large grounds offer several outdoor lounging places as well as a covered and an uncovered dining area.
The house was built for the large family of the owners, where they love entertaining their friends with BBQ and pizza parties, the house offers in fact both a large BBQ and a wood oven.

Tucked away in the Tuscan hills, the Villa lies only 3 kms away from Siena city centre. The city of Monteriggione is only 5 minutes away, whereas the famous San Giminiano is easily accessible after a 20 minute drive.
