Interiors

The interiors of this Sardinia swimming pool villa are luxurious, inspired by traditional Sardinian architecture. The architects created an ambience that is relaxed and mellow. The prominent colors are white and beige which create a light and airy ambience. Additionally, you will find white vaulted ceilings with cross beams and a variety of dark wood flooring. The owners have furnished the space with contemporary furniture in a combination of wood, fabric and white wicker.

This Sardinia swimming pool villa is distributed on three levels and sleeps up to 8 guests in four spacious, modern bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower (double shower heads), desk and outdoor lounge area. The second bedroom has a double size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, desk. The third bedroom has a double size bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, desk, kitchenette shared with the forth bedroom. The last bedroom has twin beds (can be converted into double size bed), en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower and bathtub, desk, walk-in closet. All the bedrooms have independent entrance and view of the sea.

Upon request and at an extra charge, guests can use the staff quarters, suitable for staff, for the occasional visiting guests or for the younger members of the group. The bedroom has a double size bed, a rollout bed, en-suite bathroom with stand-alone shower, lounge area, kitchenette and independent entrance. This room can bring the capacity of the villa up to 10 people.

On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall with sitting area and sea view that leads to the living room. Additionally, the dining room on this floor seats eight. The kitchen opens out into the garden. Also on this floor there is one master double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with an outdoor relaxation area.

In a separate building on the ground floor there is a single bedroom with an en suite bathroom and sea view. Here you will also find the staff quarters with a living room complete with a double sofa bed, storage room, and a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. This area also has its own kitchenette.

On the lower ground floor there is a fitness room, laundry room, double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with an independent entrance. This room has a sea view. Another twin/double bedroom connects to this one with an en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Additionally there is a kitchenette.

This Sardinia swimming pool villa has flat screen TVs, Satellite and cable TV and DVD player and WiFi throughout.

Exteriors

This villa makes up part of a private, modern development completed in 2003. The architects who built the structure took inspiration from the traditional Sardinian home, known as “stazzo gallurese.” From this inspiration they were able to create a space that maximizes the enjoyment of the surroundings.

Overall, one of the greatest appeals outside of the villa is the veranda with al fresco dining for 12. The wood-decked and pergola-covered terraces provide plenty of space to relax. These areas create space to enjoy the serene climate and scenery. Also, a long swimming pool in the garden is a more recent addition. It is accompanied by a wide sunbathing deck and a separate massage area and a hammam. There is also a jacuzzi. Guests can take advantage of the possibility for excursions by renting a car. There is space to park four cars.

Location

You will find this property one kilometer from the North Eastern coast of Sardinia, overlooking the bay of San Teodoro. It is nearby the turquoise waters of Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi. Guests can easily visit Porto Cervo which is less than 1 hour away by car. They can therefore spend an evening enjoying the nightlife and the crowds on the Costa Smeralda.
