Interiors
Designer Beachfront Villa is built on a single level and features two separate sections connected by a central patio. This layout ensures both privacy and easy flow throughout the property.
On the left side, the villa offers three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and showers. These rooms enjoy sea views and direct access to the garden. In addition, this wing includes one twin bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, as well as one double bedroom with an en suite bathroom that opens onto the patio.
On the right side, the interiors open into a large living room with a TV area and a dining table that seats up to 12 guests. This section also includes a fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, the master bedroom is located here and features an en suite bathroom with shower. A single bedroom with a bathroom opens onto the patio and is ideal for children. Finally, this wing includes a studio.
To complete the interiors, the property also features a new external master suite. In addition, a staff dependence with two bedrooms is located approximately three minutes away.
Exteriors
Outside, the villa offers direct access to a private and secluded beach located directly in front of the property. Furthermore, a 20 × 5 meter heated seawater pool overlooks the sea and enjoys panoramic views. Guests can relax in total privacy while enjoying Sardinia’s Mediterranean setting.
The property sits within approximately 7,000 m² of landscaped gardens. Thanks to its private dock, guests can easily explore the coastline by boat, a feature that remains extremely rare in Costa Smeralda.
Location
Designer Beachfront Villa enjoys a privileged position between Porto Cervo and Porto Rotondo. Both destinations are reachable in about 15 minutes by car. In addition, the private dock allows quick boat access to Cala di Volpe, Pitrizza, Romazzino, Porto Cervo Marina, and Porto Rotondo.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
