Interiors
The Main Villa is bright and airy, thanks to large panoramic windows overlooking the gardens and pool. These windows also frame views of the surrounding landscape. The living areas are designed for both relaxation and social moments. They include a designer dining area, a wine cellar, and a 100-inch TV that is also visible from the verandas.
In addition, the villa features two fully equipped kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor. Sliding glass doors connect the two spaces, making them ideal for entertaining. Both kitchens include modern appliances, tableware, and everything needed for gourmet cooking.
The Main Villa hosts two elegant bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The master suite stands out for its three walls of windows, Radaelli tatami bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Here, guests will find a sauna and an emotional shower. The second double bedroom features a balcony, a work area, and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Across the estate, five independent small villas provide additional accommodation and extra privacy, while remaining close to the shared areas. Two villas feature triple bedrooms with one double bed and one small bed for children, making them ideal for families. Two additional villas offer double bedrooms, well suited for couples seeking a more intimate setting. A separate dépendance is reserved exclusively for staff, ensuring guest spaces remain fully private. All units include air conditioning, heating, Orosei marble floors, and contemporary furnishings. The villas were refurbished in 2024, with careful attention to detail throughout.
Exteriors
Porto Rotondo Contemporary Villa extends over approximately 5,000 square meters of landscaped gardens. Mediterranean vegetation and natural rock formations surround the property. At the highest point, an infinity swimming pool opens onto panoramic views of the Gulf of Cugnana and Porto Rotondo. The pool includes a heating system and uses a mixed oxygen and chlorine purification method.
Moreover, outdoor living plays a central role in the villa experience. Covered verandas offer furnished spaces for breakfasts, lunches, and evening dinners. A fitness area, created in 2024, sits in a quiet green corner with sea views. Nearby, a shaded barbecue area connects directly to the outdoor kitchen. Stone pathways link the villas and create a smooth balance between shared spaces and private retreats.
Location
Porto Rotondo Contemporary Villa sits within the Porto Rotondo consortium, one of the most sought-after areas of northern Sardinia. The marina, restaurants, boutiques, and the main piazzetta are all reachable on foot. In addition, Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and the Port of Olbia are less than 25 minutes away by car. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
