Miramare Exclusive Villa features authentic Sardinian stone construction in the traditional Gallura style. It spans approximately 600 square meters across two levels and has undergone a full renovation. As a result, the interiors combine contemporary design with refined finishes. The main living areas include spacious sea-view lounges with dining and TV zones. In addition, a second large living area provides another lounge and dining space. The modern kitchen measures 40 square meters and includes triple ovens, a wine cellar, refrigerated cabinets, and an internal ice machine. A study overlooks a panoramic veranda and includes a printer. The sleeping area consists of four renovated double bedrooms with private bathrooms and wardrobes, as well as one children’s bedroom with three single beds and a private bathroom. All bedrooms open directly onto the garden and swimming pool. The villa also includes a guest bathroom, a service bedroom with independent access, and a laundry area with two washing machines and two dryers.
Exteriors
A private garden of approximately 4,200 square meters surrounds Miramare Exclusive Villa. The outdoor areas include an English lawn, Mediterranean vegetation, and an ancient olive tree. Furthermore, the villa offers multiple outdoor living spaces designed for relaxation and entertaining. These include a covered lounge with sail shade, an equipped outdoor kitchen, and generous dining areas. A panoramic swimming pool features a dedicated relaxation zone and a wooden and stone outdoor shower. Additionally, a 150-square-meter terrace hosts a second sea-view lounge. The property also provides covered parking, a private entrance, Wi-Fi throughout, and a modern air-conditioning system.
Location
Miramare Exclusive Villa is located in Porto Rotondo, within the exclusive Punta Lada area of Costa Smeralda. The villa enjoys a prime seafront position and immediate proximity to the water. At the same time, it offers reserved access to the Beach Club at Marina Piccola’s Vela Center. This includes private sun beds, umbrellas, a bar, a clubhouse, a pier, and a private beach. Consequently, the villa provides a seamless balance between privacy, comfort, and direct access to the sea.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
