Interiors

The Seaside Luxury Retreat’s spacious interiors are laid out over one floor and a small cottage, accommodating up to 18 guests in total. As guests enter this dream Villa, they will be greeted by an entrance hall. This leads straight to a delightful patio in the centre of the house, furnished with a delicate fountain and lounge areas. The area is open towards the sky and is the perfect place to relax outside within the comfort of the Villa’s interiors. The patio also faces the gorgeous colourful garden. To the right of patio, guests will find the living area, dining room and kitchen. The living room is bright and colourful, and leads to the garden through large glass doors. The dining room, with its powerful shades of blue, is furnished with a large dining table and leads to a fully equipped kitchen. A laundry room with washing machine, dryer etc is also attached to the kitchen, as well as a toilet. This side of the Seaside Luxury Retreat also accommodates two double bedrooms which share a bathroom with a shower.

The other side of the Villa is where guests will find most of the other bedrooms. The grand master bedroom is bright and comfortable, featuring its en suite bathroom, including shower and bathtub. Large windows offer guests a gorgeous view of the Villa’s garden. The second double bedroom is beautifully decorated with blue patterned fabrics. With its large corner windows, it overlooks the crystal clear sea. It also features its private en suite bathroom with a bathtub. Two further simple but elegant double bedrooms share another bathroom with a bathtub. The two last double bedrooms of the house are extremely spacious and feature their own en suite bathroom. This side of the house also houses a sauna for guests to enjoy. The last room is located inside the cottage (a small dependance) with an en suite bathroom including shower and bathtub.

Exteriors

The Seaside Luxury Retreat is surrounded by several exterior relaxing areas in its splendid garden overlooking the sea. The shaded terrace just outside the Villa is extremely spacious and furnished with numerous sofas and chairs, for afternoons of sipping drinks or evening aperitivi with a view. The property features an elongated infinity pool, offering guests a mesmerising view of the horizon. The garden itself is sublime, having been meticulously looked after. Its  immaculate green lawn is harmoniously dotted with trees, flowers and boulders and gently slopes down to the sea. A charming paved path takes guests down to the Villa’s seafront terrace, lightly shaded and towering over the crystal waters below. It is the ideal spot to watch the sun go down with a cocktail or a meal. Only 50 metres away, the Villa’s beach is a little taste of paradise. With its fine white sand and turquoise waters, it is emblematic of Sardinia’s north east coast but free of its typical crowds. Deck chairs and parasols allow for guests to bask in this oasis of tranquility and exquisite natural beauty. The bay itself forms a natural harbour, meaning it is well protected and may accommodate any boat, even large yachts.

Additional Services

The Seaside Luxury Retreat includes WiFi, satellite TV, and a Bose sound system. Air conditioning and a ceiling fan also feature in every room. Furthermore, guests benefit from a maid service as well as a cook for 8 hours a day, 6 days a week. Two canoes are also available in the house for guests to use. Further services are available upon request. For example, the Villa offers a Body and Soul retreat inside the property at extra cost. This includes healthy diets, daily yoga and gym, massages and sauna sessions. A motorboat is also available at an additional cost on request.

Location

Situated in the private estate of Capo Coda Cavallo, the Seaside Luxury Retreat is located right on the north eastern coast of the spectacular island of Sardinia. Despite being secluded, it is also only a kilometre away from Porto Coda Cavallo, a lively seaside town where guests will find restaurants, bars, tennis courts, water sports, a supermarket and swimming pool. Just 10min away, guests will also find a larger beach, famous in this area for its breathtakingly clear waters. For guests willing to explore the most luxurious and fashionable spots of the region, Porto Rotondo is only 30km and Porto Cervo is 70km away. They are filled with upscale resorts, excellent restaurants, trendy bars and elegant shops. A 9 hole golf course is located at the Due Lune Resort, only 6km away from the Villa at Punta al Dia. The closest airport is in Olbia, only 25km away.
