Split into 2 levels connected by inner and outer stairways, each offering a welcoming living room with handcrafted stone fireplaces, the Villa is artistically crafted by stone masons. On the upper floor lies the main social area, featuring a large living room, dining area and adjoining kitchen, each leading to a covered terrace. On this floor you will also find a total of 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. In the lower living area are the remaining 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Also on this floor lies a comfortable living and dining room with kichenette, open fireplace and covered veranda.
Exteriors
The San Teodoro panoramic Villa’s strategic location allows for breathtaking views. An external stairway leads to the 40m² terrace with a panoramic view of the marine park and the mountains. Surrounded by Sardinia’s classic greenery, the San Teodoro panoramic Villa boasts an incredible outdoor space featuring a kidney shaped pool with overflow, outdoor lounge area and a wonderful 13m x 7m sun-kissed terrace. The outdoor cooking area, sitting between a rendered arched cover, comprises a pizza oven as well a barbecue.
Location
The San Teodoro panoramic Villa enjoys an amazing location – to the northeast the islands of Tavolara and Molara, to the south Capo Coda Cavallo and the Lu Impostu and Brandinchi bays, to the west and north the mountains and rocks of Gallura. Only 20km away from Olbia, where you’ll find the airport and harbour, the Villa is also close to the famous Costa Smeralda, only 40km away.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
