Interiors

With their wooden beamed ceilings and warm colours, the beautifully decorated interiors of this Tuscany Villa create a comfortable atmosphere to serve as guests’ home away from home. The Property is on two floors. From the main entrance you reach a spacious lounge with direct access through sliding glass doors onto the verandah which looks out over the surrounding countryside. The space has a classic and elegant style and features comfortable sofas, fireplace, piano, dining table and air conditioning. Next to the lounge there is a bathroom with shower, a space with a double bed and a staircase leading to the balcony. On the same floor is a second living area with a rustic and warm atmosphere. Next to it is the fully equipped kitchen.

The sleeping area of this floor consists of three bedrooms. The first is double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower; the second is a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and bath, opening onto the outside; the third room has two single beds.

The first floor is accessible from the inside as well as from the outside. Here you will find a lounge area with kitchen and four bedrooms: a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and bath; two rooms with single beds (which can be made into double beds); and a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. All the bedrooms have AC.

Exteriors

The Pistoia Countryside Villa’s exteriors are truly heavenly. The Villa itself accesses the garden through sliding doors in the lounge or through one of the bedrooms. Located in an oasis of peace and beauty, the Villa is surrounded by rose gardens, aromatic plants, trees and olive groves. Several charming relaxing areas are dotted around the Villa. An elegant gazebo shades a lovely dining table for guests to enjoy meals whilst admiring the view. A barbecue is also at guests’ disposal at the rear the house. On this side, guests will also find a splendid garden filled with flowers and bushes going uphill. Charming stone steps create a path for afternoon strolls in these breathtaking surroundings. Rose covered arches also lead guests down the other side of the garden, bordering the pool and leading further down. Steps guide guests down to the splendid pool, equipped with sun loungers and parasol. It is also equipped with a changing room, toilet and fridge as well as an outside solar powered shower. Another lounge area benefits from this panoramic position, ideal for a sunset aperitivo or afternoon drink. A shaded parking area features at the entrance of the Villa.

Location

The Pistoia Countryside Villa is immersed in a 45 acre enchanting park, filled with olive groves and citrus trees. It is one and a half kilometres from the charming village of Casalguidi, where guests will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. A larger nearby town is the gorgeous Pistoia, located 12km away. The Villa is strategically positioned for guests to visit all the pearls of Tuscany. Indeed, the splendid art cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca are within driving distance. The famous Tuscan seaside resorts of Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi and Versilia are also easily reachable by car. Guests may also enjoy the famous thermal spas of Montecatini, 22km away.
