“Authentic and charming, this sophisticated villa has been expertly restored to maintain a the traditional historic heritage of the original building. Serene and superbly comfortable, this unique property is distinctly calming and regal – perfect for the ultimate peaceful vacation”

Featuring both a main house and a separate studio building, this property provides plenty of space to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Upon entering the primary building, you’ll come across a living space with a double bedroom on either side. Both bedrooms feature spacious king size beds, in addition to en-suite bathrooms and convenient doors leading to the surrounding gardens. When reaching the end of the first lounge area, you’ll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a secondary living space complete with a cosy fireplace. Expansive glass doors also feature within this section of the property, leading to a large covered terrace perfect for outdoor socialising and relaxation. Allowing for plenty of light to enter, all aspects of the main building are welcoming and airy with plenty of traditional character throughout. A few yards away, you’ll come across a large studio. Complete with a spacious double bedroom, en-suite shower room and private sun terrace, this option is perfect for guests requiring a little extra privacy and tranquillity away from the main house.

As mentioned, this property boasts a spacious sun terrace ideal for spending your time relaxing outdoors. And as it’s conveniently covered, you can still enjoy the outdoor fresh air no matter the weather. Better still, a simple outdoor kitchen and dining table can also be found here, allowing you to easily prepare food for alfresco dining in the sun. After a short walk through the terrace’s surrounding olive trees, you’ll find a large swimming pool equipped with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and a soothing scent of lavender throughout. Two outdoor showers have also been placed here, in addition to a curved wall to create a distinctive modern touch to otherwise traditional surroundings.

Situated a simple drive away from Ceglie Messapica’s historic centre, you’re within easy reach of an array of traditional restaurants and wine bars should you wish to branch away from the villa for the evening. Also a short distance from the ocean and plenty of popular tourist destinations, the stunning White City of Ostuni is definitely worth a visit – hailed as one of the most breath-taking white-washed cities across the entirety of Southern Italy.
