Interiors

This Salento pool villa is composed of a main house and an annexe. The villa has a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. The main house is made up of an open-plan living area (with both a dining space and a lounge with television), a well-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Two corridors lead on to the sleeping area. Here you’ll find a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Following on there is a further bedroom with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom. On the other side of the corridor there are two more double bedrooms. These share a bathroom, though one of the rooms also has its own private shower. A staircase leads to the annexe, which has its own kitchen area. It also has two double bedrooms that share a bathroom. In addition there is a pretty private courtyard, with table and chairs where you can sit outside and relax with a morning coffee. There is parking available for up to 10 cars in uncovered spaces, and for 4 cars in covered spaces. It is also possible to add an extra bed upon request at an additional cost.

Exteriors

This stunning Salento pool villa is surrounded by ancient, sun-baked olive groves and typical Mediterranean vegetation. It is an elegant and grand example of regional countryside architecture. Tucked away in the garden you’ll find a salt water swimming pool (dimensions 14,5 x 5,5, depth 120/170 cm) and private solarium with an outdoor shower. There is also a lovely terrace with outdoor dining area. It is perfect for a sunny lunch al fresco while enjoying the breathtaking view of the pool and olive grove behind. The reed-covered pergola is moreover the ideal spot to cool off in the shade. You can even also indulge in some outdoor cooking. There is a spacious cooking area in the garden equipped with a hob, sink and a brick barbecue.

The lovely harbour town of Ugento is a magical holiday destination. It boasts some of the most beautiful medieval architecture in Puglia. At only 2 kilometres outside the town of Ugento, this Salento pool villa is ideally positioned to make the most of this charming area. The central square contains a fascinating little cathedral. As the sun sets you’ll be enchanted by the warm and relaxed atmosphere as locals enjoy a leisurely aperitivo in the balmy evening air. This villa is a 10 minute drive from some of the loveliest beaches in the region, including the Marina di Ugento. This long stretch of white sand beach lapped by turquoise waters forms a beautiful shallow bay.
