Interiors

This stylish, newly refurbished villa spreads over two levels. Guests enter the villa via the upper level, where the main communal spaces are located. The spacious living-cum-dining room is minimalist in design. Neutral tones and a bare-stone wall give it a modern, contemporary feel. A large window-door gives access out on to a spacious awninged terrace.

The kitchen is located just off this main living space. It is well equipped, with all necessary amenities, as well as a microwave, toaster and coffee maker. A small bathroom, without a shower, is also located on this upper floor.

The villa’s sleeping area is located on the lower level. It has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom. Each room upholds the villa’s smart interior design and enjoys private access out on to the villa’s main patio area. The single bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Two other bathrooms are located on this floor.

Exteriors

The out door area of the Noto Family Villa measures 6000 metres squared and spreads over several levels. Pretty terraced plant beds and dry stone walls ascend up towards the main building. At the lower level of building there is a large paved-pebble patio area.

The villa’s main out door space is accessed from the building’s upper floor. A spacious terrace is located at the front of the house. This is furnished with a coffee table and padded chairs. It enjoys beautiful views out over the surrounding landscape. An awning shelters this area from the hot Sicilian sun, making it the perfect place for those wanting a moment of calm in the shade.

At the the back of the property, there is an outdoor dining area. It is furnished with a large table, sitting up to six, and a metal pergola. Just beside this, there is a lawn and private infinity pool. From here, guests will enjoy panoramic views of the lush Sicilian countryside which rolls down towards the sea. Sun loungers are dotted around the pool area, allowing guests to take in the scenery in the utmost relaxation.

Location

The Noto Family Villa is found in the Sicilian Province of Syracuse. It is located two kilometres away from Noto, a city not to be missed. Its impressive pale stone architecture dates back to the 18th Century and is considered an optimum example of the typical Sicilian Baroque style. The whole Noto Valley was in fact made an UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2002, thanks to this rich architectural and artistic heritage.

The Villa is also ideally located for beach lovers. The beautiful Vendicari Coastline is located eight kilometres away from the property. Here, visitors are met by seven kilometres of fine sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The seaside city of Avola is also located just 5 kilometres away from the villa.
