Interiors
The interiors retain the charm of the original design. Notably, the natural rock of the hill integrates into the structure and becomes a key decorative feature. The villa spans several levels, which guests can access via outdoor staircases or a glass-door elevator.
On the main living level, guests find a spacious indoor-outdoor area with dining and seating spaces. This level also includes a fireplace, a Smart TV, and panoramic sea views. In addition, a separate fully equipped kitchen sits nearby. Four bedrooms are located on this level, each with an en-suite bathroom. These include one double bedroom, two single bedrooms, and one twin bedroom with a single bed and a sliding underbed.
Above, the upper level opens onto a large rooftop terrace with sweeping coastal views. Here, guests can relax in the whirlpool bathtub or enjoy the built-in seating areas. Moreover, this level hosts two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and exceptional views.
At garden level, the property features a guest house with two double bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms. It also includes a living room with a fireplace and a small kitchenette. Nearby, a separate building houses the laundry area and an additional refrigerator. Overall, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 adults.
Exteriors
The outdoor spaces extend across landscaped gardens that surround the villa on multiple levels. From the gated entrance, guests reach a manicured garden and three covered parking spaces. Meanwhile, outdoor stairs lead down to the swimming pool.
The pool sits on one side of the hill and blends into the rocky landscape. Natural rock formations extend into the water, creating a striking visual feature. Around the pool, a solarium area offers space for sunbathing. In addition, the upper levels provide covered verandas and panoramic terraces overlooking the coast.
Location
Mediterranean Private Retreat is located in Porto Rotondo, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The marina lies about one kilometre away, while Ira Beach is approximately two kilometres from the villa. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is around 19 kilometres away, and Porto Cervo is about 28 kilometres from the property. As a result, guests enjoy easy access to local amenities while benefiting from elevated views and a private setting.

We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
