Interiors
The villa radiates warmth and sophistication, offering a blend of comfort and functionality. It features two bedrooms with double beds measuring 160 × 200 and 180 × 200, along with a modern bathroom that includes a shower and toilet. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a cooking island, dining table, and a well-appointed kitchen area that leads directly to a covered terrace with an outdoor kitchen. The living space includes a comfortable sofa corner, satellite TV, and a fireplace, perfect for relaxing evenings. The entrance area is designed with a convenient cloakroom for added practicality.
The dependance complements the main villa with a bedroom featuring a double bed (160 × 200), a living room with a sofa bed (140 × 200) suitable for up to two additional guests upon request, and a kitchenette. It also includes a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a fireplace, and a separate storage room equipped with a washing machine and an additional fridge.
Exteriors
Outdoor spaces celebrate Mediterranean beauty. A 300sqm terrace with an outdoor kitchen and a lush garden surrounds the villa. A lounge corner and an outdoor bathroom complement the pool area. The heated pool, open May to October, is 8x4m with a 1.5m depth. Three parking spaces offer convenience.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
