In addition there is a wine cellar and a dressing room with bathroom (ideal for a maid or a baby sitter). On the first floor there is a sitting and dining room with fireplace as well as a TV room. Guests will also find a well-equipped kitchen. The two spacious double bedrooms are decorated with pretty majolica tiles. One has a king-size bed and the other has twin beds. Both have en suite bathrooms with showers. On the second floor you will find two pretty double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Both have private balconies which moreover overlook the sea. The third double bedroom on this floor also has an en suite bathroom.

Exteriors

This authentic Salento holiday rental has an idyllic location by the sea. In front of the house guests will find the swimming pool with Jacuzzi. It is also equipped with parasols and sun beds. From the pool guests can enjoy uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean sea. For those who prefer swimming in salt water, the villa has private access to the sea. Just cross the garden and you find a pretty beach lapped by clear waters.

Location

This large Puglia villa for rent is a short walk from the lovely town of Castro Marina. It is on the eastern coast of the  Salento region. Perched on the hillside overlooking turquoise sea, the white village of Castro Marina has some lovely local restaurants as well as shops and a port. Here you can also discover the caves formerly used by fishermen as warehouses. Many natural caves dot these shores, as well as white sand beaches and spectacular rock formations.
