Elegantly designed and filled with a mix of baroque and contemporary art, the villa’s unique pieces are distributed among all rooms of the property. A noticeably calm atmosphere dictates the true Sicilian vacation by accommodating guests in a bright and soothing space that maintains all the character of an early 20th century mansion.

The living and dining area feature 2 large couches and a round grand dining table for 12. The space includes an original stone-framed fireplace as well a TV station. It is furthermore separated from the fully equipped kitchen by a beautiful crafted screen. This setup allows guests to interact freely around the space and make the area perfectly for all kinds of entertainment. Moreover, the stone staircase, original floors, balconies and windows throughout the villa make it true to the original Sicilian architecture.

With a private elevator, a library and 5 bathrooms, this fascinating 550m2 villa comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. The sleeping area consists of 5 double bedrooms, 2 of them containing a sofa-bed each.

Exteriors

The balconies and large rooftop terrace of the Taormina Town Center Luxury Villa offer incomparable panoramic sea views and make it the perfect spot to watch the sunset. Indeed, on the top terrace, a dining table, sunbeds as well as outdoor shower adjoin a small indoor area where a couch and a half kitchen create a smaller living space. The facades’ details mesmerise both guests and passers by.

On the ground level, a private garden and a swimming pool make up the outdoor space. In addition, long dining table welcomes guests for an outdoor breakfast surrounded by the fresh Sicilian breeze.

Location

Located at a 10-minute walk from the historical Teatro Greco, the Taormina Town Center Luxury Villa boasts an exclusive location. A 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk also takes guests from the villa to the town’s main street: Corso Umberto. This is an open air shopping center featuring shops, luxury boutiques, restaurants and bars, surrounded by beautiful flowery balconies.

Also a short distance lie the cable cars that lead to the extraordinary beaches of Mazzarò and Isola Bella. The famous Mount Etna sits at a one hour drive from the villa, as do the Savoca village (where ‘The Godfather’ was filmed), the Alcantara River Natural Park and the cities of Catania, Noto Valley and Syracuse.
