Seafront Mediterranean Villa consists of two separate housing units. The main house includes a spacious living room, a small kitchen, and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The annex features a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom. Each room is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Hi-Fi system, washing machine, and dishwasher. The interiors combine style with comfort, offering privacy and plenty of space for everyone.
Exteriors
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and spacious terraces. A covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen and dining area is perfect for al fresco meals. The area is equipped with a BBQ, oven, fridge, and kitchenette. A private swimming pool (4.00 x 8.00 meters, depth 1.40 meters) is available from April to November. Guests can relax on the sun terrace, enjoying the warm Mediterranean weather.
Location
Seafront Mediterranean Villa is just a few steps from the sea, offering easy access to rocky beaches. The sandy beaches of Arenella and Fontane Bianche are a short drive away. The villa is also close to Syracuse’s historic center. Guests can explore nearby baroque towns like Noto, Modica, and Scicli. Nature lovers will enjoy the nearby Cavagrande del Cassibile and Vendicari nature reserves. Mount Etna and Taormina are just a short drive away. The location offers the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, with shops, restaurants, and markets in Siracusa.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
