This Ragusa swimming pool villa features ten spacious bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom, accommodating up to 22 guests. Six bedrooms are located on the ground floor and four on the first floor, including a master suite with a sitting area and a large panoramic terrace. All bedrooms are equipped with a fridge and safe. Interiors are elegant and welcoming, with high white wooden ceilings creating an airy, bright atmosphere. The large open-plan living area includes an L-shaped sofa, an extendable dining table, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also a winter garden designed to be used as both an indoor and outdoor space, featuring three large dining tables and a lounge area with comfortable armchairs.
Exterior
Outside, guests can enjoy a magnificent 18-metre swimming pool (18 x 5.5 m, depth 1.40 m) with a beach area only 15 cm deep, perfect for children or relaxing. A driveway with columns leads through the entrance gates to the pool area, surrounded by a spacious terrace furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The green lawn offers a play area for children. The property also includes ample parking, a beautiful garden with centuries-old olive trees,some up to 800 years old, and an electric car charging station for guests’ convenience.

From the terrace, guests can admire spectacular views of the traditional dry-stone walls, rolling hills, and the Mediterranean Sea. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
