Interiors

Accommodating 6 guests, the Noto Design Villa’s spacious interiors stretch out over two floors.
The ground floor consists of a large elegant sitting room with a fireplace and a TV. The large bay windows opening up towards the garden allow light to consistently illuminate the ground floor.
Guests will also find a large dining room and fully equipped modern kitchen. Dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, stove, coffee machine, oven, microwave, blender and kettle are all included in the kitchen.
Further along on this floor, guests will find two bedrooms. The first one is a charming double bedroom with a large glass door leading to the garden. The other features twin beds and a large antique wardrobe. Both rooms share a spacious modern bathroom.
The ground floor also includes a laundry room with a washing machine.

The master suite is located on the lower floor. With its gorgeous king size bed, it features its own bathroom as well as a small lounge area and desk.

A WiFi connection covers the entire NotoDesign Villa as well as air conditioning. A Sonos sound system is also at guests’ disposal.

Exteriors

The Noto Design Villa is encircled by large, sunny terraces as well as a gorgeous pool. The swimming pool is equipped with deckchairs and parasols for afternoons of sunbathing, as well as an outside shower. The Villa is immersed within a stunning century old citrus and olive garden. A lounge and dining area around the villa overlook these beautiful surroundings, with a panorama stretching to the sea.

Location

On the South Eastern coast of Sicily, this splendid residence is located in the vicinity of the town of Avola. Whilst benefitting from the tranquility of the countryside, the Villa is also only 200m from the main road and 3km from the sea. It stands at the heart of the Province of Noto, only a few kilometers from the beautiful baroque towns of Noto, Syracuse and Palazzolo Acreide, as well as from important natural sites such as Cavagrandedel Cassibile and the Oasi di Vendicari. Even closer, guests may find several enchanting sandy beaches including the one in Avola.
