This beautiful Filicudi villa is a typical example of traditional island architecture. With its ravishing terrace decorated with columns and the views of the Mediterranean, it is ideal for nature lovers. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 double bedrooms. The first four bedrooms are on the main level of the villa. The first bedroom has a wooden bed with mosquito net and cupboard. This room features charming white and blue decorations and has an en suite bathroom tucked inside a grotto in a corner. The second bedroom of the floor has a king-size bed in the centre of the room and a large wall wooden bookcase. Unique artworks by contemporary artists embellish the space. This room has an en suite bathroom. The third double bedroom has a beautiful canoe hung from the ceiling, a table with chairs and a wardrobe. The en suite bathroom with shower exhibits a classic Aeolian style. The fourth bedroom is like a living room. The very comfortable sofa is a “turcheria” that turns into a bed if needed. In the corner there is a driftwood fireplace and a wooden table with chairs. A few steps leads you to the bathroom which also has a shower. The kitchen is well-equipped as the owner has a passion for cooking. There is a professional gas stove, an oven, a fridge and a freezer.

The Villa offers an adjoining tower with an additional fifth double bedroom that could be available upon request. The addition of the tower incur extra costs.

Exteriors

The villa boasts a glorious large terrace overlooking the sea. Here you will find the outdoor dining table, sun beds and masonry sofas to enjoy the peace of this corner of paradise. The villa also has a garden dotted with lemon trees, very typical of the island since Filicudi was once famous for the production of lemons.

Location

This elegant and spacious Sicily villa for rent is located in the southern part of Filicudi Island. It is right next to Pecorini Port, where you will find a pebble beach, boat and scooter rentals, the best restaurant of the island and other typical shops. The villa stands at only 10 to 15 min down hill to the beach. Pecorini is the place to be for the aperitif. Seen from here the sunset is unforgettable.
