Interiors
The Modernist Seaview Villa extends across two levels and accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms. Each room features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a walk-in shower, while five bedrooms include en-suite bathrooms.
At the heart of the house, an open-plan living area brings together lounge, dining, and kitchen spaces. Large windows fill the interiors with natural light and open directly onto the garden. The fully equipped marble kitchen supports both simple meals and larger gatherings. In addition, curated artworks by Belgian artist Caroline Herck appear throughout the villa, giving the interiors a distinctive and cohesive identity.
Exteriors
Outside, the Modernist Seaview Villa unfolds across several terraces, each offering a different setting to relax or dine. Guests can enjoy shaded areas, open viewpoints, and dedicated outdoor dining spaces. The private swimming pool, measuring approximately 7 by 15 metres, sits within the garden and captures the afternoon sun. Surrounding it, Mediterranean planting creates a natural and private atmosphere. The property also includes a charcoal barbecue and parking for up to four cars within the gated grounds.
Location
The Modernist Seaview Villa is located near Capo d’Orlando, about 10 km away, where guests will find restaurants, shops, and a harbour. From here, guests can easily explore the surrounding region. The Nebrodi National Park lies nearby and offers a wide range of hiking routes. In addition, the Aeolian Islands can be reached by ferry from Milazzo, located about 65 km from the villa. Palermo, Taormina, and Cefalù are also accessible within a few hours’ drive, making this a well-connected yet private coastal retreat.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
