Recently renovated, the Villa’s decor style can be defines as contemporary classic chic. Featuring exquisite furnishings and classic materials, the Villa’s interiors beautifully complete the classic Tuscan architecture.

Upon arrival, an extraordinary terrace guides you to the front doors. In the entryway, the villa’s original stone staircase offers guests the option to head upstairs to the sleeping quarters or enjoy the social areas on the ground floor.

Here on the ground floor, the rooms calmingly flow from one another – an inviting living room room with fireplace leads to the dining room as well as the spacious gourmet kitchen, complete with a travertine marble island and benches. A series of French doors opening up onto the outdoor area makes sure the space is filled with natural light. Also on the ground floor is a guest bathroom as well as the first double bedroom. Upstairs lie the remaining 4 double bedrooms.

From the ground floor’s French doors, a large outdoor area gives guests access to the Villa’s perfectly manicured lawn. Here, a modern wet edge grey saltwater infinity pool (16 x 5 m) surrounded by sun beds invites guests to enjoy the outdoors.

Location

One of the Villa’s many strong points it definitely its location – only a short drive from some of Tuscany’s most sought-after destinations including Florence, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano and Siena.

The Villa’s remarkable location offers guests the unique opportunity to explore Tuscany in a relaxed pace. Here, guests will have the possibility of heading out in the morning to explore a new sight and to be back for lunch and a swim in the afternoon. For dinner, a quick drive allows guests to enjoy some of Tuscany’s famous restaurants.
