Interiors

With its beach house style and splendid pool, this villa is the ultimate holiday retreat. Located on a coastal hillside of Sicily, it benefits from a superb panoramic view of Cefalù and the sea.

The villa makes the most of its prime location with its numerous large bay windows allowing for stunning views from every room and a constant stream of light.
A nautical style sitting room is connected to a dining area and kitchen. All are surrounded with bay windows which can be left open in the summer for a bright and airy atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, freezer, pizza oven, kettle, coffee machine, washing machine and all necessary accessories. The three double rooms are on the same floor, with a similar contemporary style and sea blue fabrics. Two bathrooms are shared between these three bedrooms. A Dependance is also available for larger groups, featuring another double bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The annexe is also furnished with a kitchenette with a sofa bed.
Air conditioning, heating and wifi are of course available throughout the villa.

Exteriors

The Cefalù Panoramic Villa opens up onto a spacious decked terrace, charming sitting areas and a clear blue pool surrounded with deckchairs. Guests are also given the freedom to cook and dine outside thanks to an outside kitchen with a built-in barbecue and a shaded dining area. A beautifully groomed lawn with olive and pine trees provide other relaxing areas to admire the panorama.

Location

Immersed in the Madonie National Park, the villa offers the possibility for superb walks exploring the park’s outstanding nature. Local seaside villages and stunning beaches are also only a short drive away, giving guests the opportunity to discover Sicily’s treasures. Cefalù, perceptive from the villa, is famous for its historical cathedral and clear water beaches.

The closest beach to the villa is Lido di Cefalù, a coastline easily reachable from the town center, one and a half kilometers long. The scenario of this golden sandy beach lapped by crystal clear waters is exceptional, with the view of the fortress, of the cathedral, of the old port of Cefalù. The coast offers numerous other beaches suitable for all tastes, such as the beach Salinelle, Capo Playa, Pollina and the beach of Sant’Ambrogio.
