Interiors

This Tuscany beach villa is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub that runs along the beach of Castiglione della Pescaia. It boasts an extraordinary location, shared by few houses in Italy: a large sandy beach opens just beyond the villa’s garden.

The property, on 2 floors, has a timeless elegance. Inside you can breathe the atmosphere of old Italian films, with exposed wooden ceilings and windows overlooking the sea. On the ground floor you will find the large living room, the dining room and the typically Italian kitchen, which opens onto the outside, perfect for lovers of good food.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 double rooms. On the ground floor you will find three double bedrooms, two of which have a queen size bed, and one single beds. On the second floor there are two rooms: the master bedroom and a room with single beds. The master bedroom occupies the highest and most panoramic point of the house and is magnificent in its simplicity: windows overlooking the sea, wooden ceilings and floors, desk corner and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

All the mattresses of the rooms are new and very comfortable. Of the 3 bathrooms in the house 2 bathrooms have tubs and the 3rd has a shower.

Exteriors

Surrounded by the beautiful Mediterranean scrub that borders the beach, the villa’s garden is full of places to relax. From the outdoor dining table in the shade of a canopy to the many corners of the lawn where you can sunbathe, this is the perfect place to take a breath.

Location

This Tuscany Beach Villa is 10 minutes by car from the charming seaside village of Castiglione della Pescaia. The village is perched on a promontory of the Maremma coast in the shelter of an ancient castle, the Aragonese castle. Here you will find restaurants, markets and delightful little shops. The Castiglione area is full of possibilities for those who want to explore it: from natural parks to archaeological areas passing through the cellars where tastings are made, the cultural and naturalistic wealth of the Maremma is close at hand.
