The Porto Rotondo White Villa’s stunning outdoor areas are sure to impress. Enjoy dining on the patio with a dining table that can seat up to 14 people, or fire up the barbecue and pizza stone oven for a delicious outdoor meal. The villa’s large garden features two swimming pools. One of these pools utilizes a temperature-controlled system, a jet stream simulator, and a jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 14 people. Moreover, there are plenty of outdoor living areas to relax and unwind in.
Location
Located just 30 minutes by car from Olbia airport, the Porto Rotondo White Villa is conveniently located for those arriving by plane. Also, this property is just a 5-minute walk from the town and a 10-minute walk from the marina. Golf enthusiasts will find a course just 30 minutes away by car. Furthermore, please note that while the pool is 15×5 m, it is not totally child safe. The villa has parking spaces for six cars and a gym with weights and machines. This villa is an exceptional vacation property that perfectly balances luxury, comfort, and convenience. This property is the perfect place to escape and relax.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
