Interiors

This beautiful Porto Rotondo villa is composed of two separate structures, both confined within private walls and sitting amidst a spacious garden and private swimming pool.

The main house, located on a slightly higher terrain to the second house, is composed of two double bedrooms (on two different floors), a kitchen and living area.

The kitchen has all you might need to cook up a meal with family and friends before enjoying it in the living space or in one of the outdoor dining areas. It also features a piano bar: as stylish as it is practical. The kitchen itself is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and toaster. There is also a washing machine and TV with streaming services and a music dock available.

Moving into the bedrooms, both have a comfortable double bed and storage space. The bedroom on the upper floor has direct access to the swimming pool and enjoys sweeping views over the sea and the surrounding valleys. It also has an en suite for the guests’ convenience, from which you can look out over the nearby mountainscape. The lower bedroom has a private bathroom adjacent to it and is just as spacious.

About 50 meters from the main house, guests will find the second structure. This house spreads over 80 square meters, and comprises a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and one bathroom. The first bedroom offers a king size bed, while the smaller has a bunk bed.

The house itself gives onto enchanting views over the nearby mountains, the sea as well as the lower part of the property, featuring charming olive groves. This house also has a covered veranda, as well as a relaxation space just 20 meters away. Here you can relax in sofas, hammocks and cool off in its shower. The bathroom, as all the bathrooms in both properties, is fitted with a shower.

Both houses are equipped with air conditioning in every room, WiFi and satellite TV in their living areas. There is also a sofa bed (sleeping two) if extra guests require it.

Exteriors

As the main house is located on the higher part of the property’s terrain, it benefits from various large verandas, creating a large (and covered) outdoor area where you can relax on the sofas, enjoy meals in the dining areas and take in the sunset as the day closes.

The private swimming pool is annexed to this villa. It enjoys both views over the surrounding landscapes, as well as a sun lounge area where guests can enjoy sunbathing in the summer. It also benefits from an external shower which is a great way to keep cool in the warmer seasons.

Location

This villa is just a short drive from the exclusive resort of Porto Rotondo, while sitting outside of the mass of tourism that surrounds the town. Enjoy the solitude of a countryside villa while staying within a very small distance of this great spot for nightlife, boutique shopping and high-end dining. The small town of Rudalza, at a short distance from the villa, also has its own beaches, restaurants and other facilities, for guests wanting to avoid the bustle of Porto Rotondo entirely.
