Interiors

With a total of 12 double bedrooms, this Pantelleria luxury villa is composed by 7 individual dammusi, that can, in total, accomodate up to 24 guests. Each with their own kitchen and bathrooms, every structure has their own charm, whether it is a cozy fireplace in the living room or an outdoor tub or swimming pool. The dammusi are all beautifully decorated with a mix of minimalism and design furniture, all carefully thought out to offer guests a relaxed and inviting environment.

The first dammuso, the biggest, dominates the estate. It has been declared “monument” by the Italian Superintendence of Cultural Heritage and Landscape. It can accommodate up to 8 guests and is composed by 2 separate structures; the first containing social area – the living room, dining room, a library, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances and a second table – and the second containing the sleeping area – four en-suite bedrooms, 3 of which are double bedrooms and one with twin beds. The outdoor area accommodates a large swimming pool as well as a shaded patio.

The second dammuso holds up to 4 guests and has an en-suite double bedroom, a  fully equipped kitchen, a large Jacuzzi pool and a terrace with a table and chairs for 6.

The third dammuso hosts 4 people. It has a large terrace with an outside tub, a living and dining room; a fully equipped kitchen and 2 en-suit double bedrooms. Also this dammuso has a Jacuzzi pool.

The fourth dammuso accommodates up to 4 guests and consists of a cozy living area with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 double bedrooms as well as an outside living area.

The fifth dammuso can host 2 guests and includes a bedroom, a bathroom and a large fully equipped kitchen connected to the patio, where an outside dining and living area can be found as well as a traditional stone barbecue station.

The sixth dammuso holds 2 guests in a double bedroom. The structure also includes a bathroom and a small kitchen.

The seventh dammuso of this Pantelleria luxury villa is the smaller one. With an en-suite master bedroom that overlooks the outdoor kitchen and dining area.

Exteriors

This Pantelleria luxury villa is 50 meters away from the sea as the crow flies. The gardens of the estate (13 hectares) are known to be the most beautiful on the island. Crossed by tens of idyllic footpaths and wooden benches, the Mediterranean park is full of palm trees, pines, olive trees, but also lemon trees and vineyards. The famous Passito di Pantelleria, a sweet wine typical of the island, is produced on the estate.

The garden boasts a beautiful swimming pool and two jacuzzi pools, near the three biggest dammusi of the estate. In this Pantelleria retreat the volcanic essence of the island stows away mind blowing treasures. Gardens, patios, stone ovens, swimming pools and outdoor tubs surround the magnificent domes while outside, the charming all encompassing Pantescan landscape invites guests to enjoy the perfect Sicilian retreat.

Location

The villa is located near the small village of Rekhale, in the southern part of the island, where you can find a well­stocked store. 5 km from the villa is the old village of Scauri, where you will find Sicilian restaurants and shops. The port od Scauri is the ideal starting point for excursions. 19 km from the villa is the town of Pantelleria, the biggest of the island.

Surrounded by the Mediterranean ocean, Pantelleria is a rich and scenic island that can be be explored at all times of the year. A boat ride astonishes visitors with the volcanic island’s magma and basalt rocks lying under the ocean. Although the volcano is now extinct, hot springs can be found spread all over the island as well as cavern and archeological sites. These enchanting spots are perfect for nature lovers and visitors seeking a spa-like retreat. With an extremely rich soil, the Pantelleria’s agriculture is highlighted by the production of wine, olives, capers and fruits. Olive reaping and mushroom picking are also delightful activity in the area.
