This splendid Pantelleria house is a dammuso, a jewel of traditional architecture, built in the first half of 1800 and masterfully renovated. These lava stone buildings are moreover typical of Pantelleria, and guarantee cool interiors thanks to the thickness of the walls. The house has no air conditioning, but each room is equipped with a fan.
This Pantelleria house can accommodate 12 people in 6 bedrooms, each with a bathroom and direct access to the outdoors. Two of the rooms have large double beds and have access to the panoramic terrace. The third and forth bedrooms have double beds, while the last bedroom has twin beds. This twin bedroom is adjoining to one on the double bedrooms, creating a perfect situation for a couple with children. Furthermore, the last room is in a guest house, has a private terrace, and is ideal for a couple who wants more privacy. The living area is also very pleasant, with a sitting room, dining area and an open kitchen. Maximum privacy is guaranteed.
Exteriors
This Pantelleria house is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove that extends over 1 hectare of land. The elegant infinity pool (3 X 12m, depth 20 cm to 1,55m) offers spectacular sea views and features a beautiful solarium with loungers. In the garden you will find an outdoor sitting area under the shade of a pergola.
Location
This Pantelleria house is located in an enchanting valley on the western side of the island. From here you can enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the area. Known as the “Black Pearl of the Mediterranean” for its lava stone, the island of Pantelleria is just off the coast of Sicily, halfway between Italy and Tunisia. Cliffs overlooking the sea, Malvasian vineyards, cobalt blue waters and lunar landscapes: the charm of Pantelleria is definitely wild. Nevertheless, it remains a favorite amongst VIPs looking for an island holiday. Here you will not find any sandy beaches, but an overwhelming variety of nature and a sea that is amongst the most beautiful in the Mediterranean.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
