This villa has a unique shape. It has been made as molded clay following the taste, the ideas, suggestions of the owner.
At the same time a classic Filicudi house with patio overlooking the sea. In this side of the Island there are no electricity and nor plumbing. Nevertheless the house has all comforts thanks to solar panels and millennial collection of rainwater.
Hot shower, music, lights are provided by wind energy. You are living in a wonderful ECO system.
The kitchen has a country touch as it features simple and warm materials like: wood, stone, linen. It has stone sink, gas stove, oven and fridge.
The living room has a fantastic stone fireplace in its center and amazing sofa-beds with batik fabric. Hi-Fi system, Stereo, books make this villa the perfect spot for your holidays. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with library, desk with chair ideal for writers and wardrobe. You will be impressed by the bathroom that seems to be made into a grotto with light color and fantastic taste. A guest room is separated from the main villa (few meters), for this reason gives a great privacy. Kings size bed, small windows, pillows stairs make it unique suite. The en-suit bathroom feature a shower.
Exteriors
