The villa has a gorgeous and rustic style and is on two floors. Comfortable but impressive, the ground floor has no air conditioning but is very fresh. It consists of a living room, a studio, a billiard room, a lounge, a dining room and a large kitchen. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a living room and the sleeping area. Moreover, all the five bedrooms of this Verona villa have enchanting views of the garden. The first room has a double bed and a bathroom. The second room has a double bed and shares the bathroom with the third room, with twin beds. The forth room, also with double bed, shares the bathroom with the last room, with twin beds. On request 2 more extra beds.
Exterior
This Verona mansion dates back to the XV century, but takes its appearance in 1800, with the important court in Palladian style. The villa also features a romantic garden and a swimming pool (13,5 x 6,5 mt) with gazebo.
Location
This Verona villa for rent is located in western Veneto, near the village of Palu. We are in the beautiful countryside of Verona and the river Adige. Listed among UNESCO World Heritage sites, the splendid art village of Verona is worth the trip. Here you can moreover visit the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet, and take in the authentic Italian atmosphere.
The region around Verona is full of things to see and to do. At 18 km from the holiday rental is Padova and little further the Lake of Garda, the largest Italian lake, with its beaches and centers of sailing and surfing. You can visit the Garden of Sigurtà, considered one of the five most beautiful gardens in the world, and the art villages of Mantova (45 km), Padova (80 km) and beautiful Venice (115 km). The Adriatic sea is at 150 km from the villa.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.

Included in the priceBed linen, bath, kitchen and swimming pool towels, water, electricity (up to 300kw), gas, internet access, maintenance of the garden and pool, maid service (resetting of bathrooms and kitchen, two hours twice a week), and if needed we can provide baby bed/high chair.
Not included in the priceCleaning at the end of the stay 280 Euro , electricity supply (0,30 Euro per kw) if exceeding 300 kw, per week, during the Rental Period. Small animals are allowed, but require 50 Euro per animal per stay.
