This Verbier traditional chalet can sleep up to 13 guests in its five bedrooms. It lies across five vast floors, and displays a typically alpine décor as well as a beautiful art collection. All in all these spaces create a warm, traditional and elegant ambiance that fits in harmoniously with their surroundings.
Entering the chalet through its underground garage area, on the ground floor you will find ski storage space. As part of this you will find heated boot dryers as well as plenty of space for clothing and equipment. A lift runs through this building and will thus take you up to the first floor.
Here you will find the wellness areas of this property. This includes a massage and treatment room, a large hammam, a shower, a guest toilet and a large outdoor hot tub on the wood-panelled terrace. Next to the spa room you will find a games room, billiards room and a comfortable TV nook.
Moving to the second floor you will find the main sleeping area with four bedrooms. These include the double bedroom with glass sliding-doors that open onto a terrace with a smaller hot tub and panoramic views. There is a further double bedroom which also has access to the terrace. In addition to this there is a four-man bunk room and another three-man. All of these have an ensuite shower room, though the second double has a full bathroom. The same floor also has the plush private cinema room and a separate laundry room.
The third floor is home to the spacious and lavish living area. In the sitting room you will find a large fire place and soft and comfortable sofas. On the same level, the professionally-equipped kitchen overlooks a gorgeous dining area that sits up to 13 people. The kitchen has a grand open fire and an authentic rotisserie oven. Just off here you can also use the closed-off pantry and staff area.
A staircase from the third floor will take you to the office and master bedroom space. The interiors are tranquil and relaxing, with an open fireplace and plenty of natural sunlight streaming in through its sliding doors. The room also has an ensuite bathroom.
This Verbier traditional chalet is only rented on fully catered basis, usually with 24-hr 4×4 driver service.

The first and second floor moreover provide outdoor hot tubs on their terraces. The first floor hot tub is large, whereas the second floor tub is slightly smaller, ideal for the guests staying in the bedrooms that open onto it. For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of
50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.

The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the
client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival,
the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
