Recently renovated, this cozy apartment is located on the second floor of a traditional Tyrolean chalet. Just bellow the ski resorts of Saslong, the chalet lies in the grounds of a 16th century castle.
With a very soothing color palette, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living/dining room with open kitchen compose the apartment. The clean design is achieved by the simple mix of unaltered wood with modern furnishings.
In the main common area, and bright couch makes room for the large dining table. In this room is also a flat screen TV. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a beautiful SMEG fridge/freezer.
In the master bedroom, a king size bed shares the space with a beautiful hand painted wardrobe. The bedroom is complete with its own ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom, also with its own ensuite bathroom with a shower, is composed by 2 single beds and a Tyrolean wardrobe. The third bedroom has single beds and shares the bathroom with the second bedroom.
Heated hardwood floors, authentic furnishings, a and top-of-the-notch appliances, for example, ensure guests a comfortable stay.

Located in the heart of Val Gardena, this cozy chalet lies right on the slopes of Saslong. A sky-in/out chalet, guests can put on the skis and sky out of the chalet into the Dolomites Superski right after breakfast.
The grandiose Castel Gardena, built as a Renaissance hunting shelter for the Counts of Wolkenstein, is also at the doorstep.
Another must-visit destination would be the Village of Santa Cristina, on the base of the mountains. The village, surrounded by the rocky meadows, is ready to present tourists the authentic South Tyrolean experience.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of
50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
SopranoVillas accepts payments via bank wire transfer, credit card (online or by telephone)
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the
client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival,
the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
