Interiors
With its rustic facade beautifully contrasting with clean and minimalistic indoors, the Urbino Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests.
On the ground floor are the main common areas, where open concept design allows the natural light to come through. The sleek white kitchen is fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. The dining room has a wood burning modern fireplace and gives easy access to the living room. A mix of designer furniture, natural elements and ethnic items compose a clean and calming environment. Moreover, on the ground floor of the Urbino Villa lies one out the 4 double bedrooms. There you will find a double bed and a wide bathroom with bath tub and shower.
Moving upstairs are the remaining 3 double bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. One double bed and two baby beds compose the first bedroom. The second bedroom, on the other hand, has 2 single beds that can be attached together. In the third bedroom are 2 single beds that can also be attached. In addition, this bedroom also has a mezzanine with 2 single beds and AC as well as access to the balcony.
Exteriors
In the lush private garden of the Urbino Villa, fruit trees hold up the lovely hammock next to the outdoor dining table. Among the numerous olive trees, a pizza oven and a barbecue lead you down the hill. Overlooking the idillic scenery, shaded pergolas and sun beds surround the modern swimming pool.
Location
A number of lovely villages surround the area, such as medieval Village of Barchi (3,5 km) and Fossobrone (10 km). There, traditional cuisine and wines are the highlight. Also close to Fano, region that boasts some of the Adriatic Sea’s most stunning beaches, beach Sassonia for example, the Urbino Villa sits in a privileged location.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
