The Bell’Aria property consists of a spacious Main House divided into a north and south side, a separately accessible Garden House and an impressive garden.

Main House

The ground floor greets its guests with a spacious hallway, continuing into a double height living room with a fireplace and direct access to terraces and the garden. Also on this floor, a spacious kitchen, a dining room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower can be found.

The first floor is dedicated to a spacious master bedroom, a two guest double bedrooms, a guest bathroom and a shower room.

The second floor entirely accommodates a sitting room with television with French windows to a covered loggia.

Gate House

The Gate house, on request, is spread over two floors. The ground floor has an entrance hall, a kitchen and a garage with a separate entrance. The first floor accommodates a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small sitting room, a twin room and a separate shower room.

Pool House

The Pool House of this property offers a small sitting room with a shower room on the ground floor and a double bedroom on the first floor.

Exteriors

Villa Gruglianos’ exterior welcomes you into the perfect Italian villa with all amenities at hand.

Guests can enjoy their stay around the 12m x 6m pool, eat a perfect Italian meal under the covered pool loggia equipped with a bread oven and a barbecue grill and have a romantic breakfast on the table just outside the kitchen.
