“Nestled in the Lenzerheide region, this chalet exudes a classical Swiss alpine atmosphere, with traditional furnishings injected with a modern twist. Its 360-degree views are simply breathtaking and can get enjoyed from its expansive windows and spacious outdoor terraces.”
This newly-built Swiss Panoramic chalet is nestled in the Lenzerheide region in the charming town of Muldain. It exudes a classical alpine elegance; traditional finishes throughout its interiors and exteriors are injected with modern twists, rendering the property both rich and spacious while keeping a decidedly cozy feel. This chalet is designed to provide the height of taste without sacrificing comfort. With its 360-degree panorama, guests can relax in style whilst enjoying sweeping views over the surrounding Swiss Alps and the valley below all year round.
Unfolding over two floors, the central zone of the chalet consists of a plush living room, inviting dining area and a state-of-the-art kitchen. The grand living space features full-length windows for unobstructed views over the chalet’s spectacular surroundings. Relax in its sofas and armchairs, listening to some music from the sound dock, enjoying an evening with Netflix or simply taking in the views. A large central coffee table makes this the perfect place to sit back with family and friends around the fireplace. Traditional finishes such as the deer head, stitched cushions and fur comforters envelop guests in a warm and welcoming ambiance, while the hanging chandelier adds a touch of elegance.
Moving into the dining room, a three-meter wooden table seats ten guests in cushioned chairs. A wonderful place to host dinner parties, revel in familial joy and create lifelong memories with friends. Above the table hang impressive lamps nestled between antlers, bringing warm light to the area whilst retaining a grand and classically alpine feel.
Central to both this areas is the exquisite, fully-equipped kitchen. Finished in dark wooden and black furnishings, the opulent space is flooded with the light of the over-hanging lamps. Surrounded by expansive worktops, the breakfast island not only provides plentiful space to prepare sumptuous meals, but also creates an open space to gather around. The modern bar stools are a great way to enjoy a bracing morning coffee before hitting the slopes, or even a laid-back aperitif whilst dinner is being prepared. The kitchen really leaves nothing to be desired, with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, barbecue and all the utensils you may require.
Guests are invited to unwind in its two master suites. Both are equipped with luxurious ensuite bathrooms, featuring a deep stand-alone bathtub as well as walk-in tropical rain showers. The bedrooms themselves have a king size bed and enjoy sweeping views over the Alps. The furnishing make these rooms stand out, with rich touches such as the chandeliers and mounted deer heads, not to forget the cozy wooden finishes and warm lighting. The third bedroom holds a queen size bed with equally stunning views over the surrounding valley. Exceptionally, you can watch the magical sunrise over the valley from this space, without even leaving the bed. This bedroom is coupled with an adjacent bathroom, also featuring a walk-in tropical rain shower and a view that drops straight into the forest.
This Swiss Panoramic chalet’s exteriors seem as inviting as its interiors. Its terraces face East, South and West, meaning that you can enjoy the sun throughout the day, making the most of the enchanting sunrise, sunset and afternoon glow. Outdoors you can also find a generous lounge area. In the summer this is an peaceful spot to enjoy a drink or even a meal in the evening, whilst in winter it becomes a cozy hideout with fur blankets and soft cushions to keep you warm.
One of this chalet’s highlights is the traditional sauna, which guests can find directly off the master suite. Enjoy the traditional ritual of thawing out after a day of skiing before taking a bracing and revitalising roll in the snow on its doorstep.
Overall, the property can hold three cars. Two can be kept within the covered private car park, and a third on the premises. This car park is just just a few steps from the chalet itself.
The chalet sits just above Muldain, an endearing town that guests can reach in just a short drive. Here you will find many restaurants and bars that invite you into their warm spaces and will delight you with their traditional cuisine. For a more fine-dining experience, guests can also make their way to Guarda Val.
This Swiss Panoramic chalet comes to life both winter and summer. In the colder season, enjoy access to various ski slopes and resorts, while in the sun one can spend hours peacefully hiking on one of the many trails of the Lenzerheide region, crossing through fragrant meadows and up to individual peaks. Alternatively, take a dip in the crystalline “Heidsee” lake or even take a waterskiing excursion over its waters. Lenzerheide itself is only a five-minute drive from the chalet.
