Interiors

The Siena Design Villa covers 300m2 divided on two levels and sleeps 10 guests in 5 comfortable double rooms with en-suite bathrooms. The property was completely renovated in 2021, with a meticulous choice of materials, keeping the features of a 17th Century Tuscan farmhouse but with a touch of modern design.

The central part of the Ground Floor is characterized by a spacious and cozy living room decorated in a contemporary style. Following, there is a dining area with an elegant round table for 10 people and an open-space professional kitchen, fully equipped; adjacent to the living room there is a tv room furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and a 65-inch smart Tv. Both double bedrooms on the ground floor have a private bathroom and enjoy the brightness of the view through the large windows.

Following up, a beautiful steel staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two 50-metre-square master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a double room with an ensuite bathroom.

Exteriors

The outdoor area was completely renovated early in 2022 to offer guests a variety of different spaces for relaxation and convivial gatherings. Adjacent to the Siena Design Villa there are 2 patios for a comfortable “al fresco” stay. Next to the kitchen, there is the Dining Patio a 40-square meter covered patio with a panoramic view over the Tuscan hills. The patio features a lounge area, a rectangular table for 12, and a barbecue. On the other side, directly connected to the living room you will find a 30 square meter covered patio with a view of the garden and the Tuscan hills featuring two sofas and two armchairs sitting 10 people.

The garden surrounding the farmhouse contains a 500 square meter pool area, containing an amazing infinity pool surrounded by a vast wooden pool deck and two gazebos. The pool area is designed to offer guests an outdoor living experience, with a corten dining table for 12 and an outdoor kitchen including an induction cooker, a teppanyaki plate, a sink, and a fridge. The pool area also boasts a lounge area with a brazier, two double hammocks, and deck chairs for watching the sunset. A hedge separates the pool area from the play area, which includes an 18-metre by 3 metre bocce court and a professional table tennis.

Guests enjoy the use of a wellness area on the ground floor of the villa, accessible from outdoors. Only a few meters from the farmhouse is a magnificent loggia with a wooden floor, where guests enjoy the use of a 6-person jacuzzi and a lounge.

An oasis of tranquillity in the heart of the “Crete Senesi”, the clay hills of Siena, only minutes away from the towns of Siena, Montalcino, and Pienza.

The Siena Design Villa is surrounded by 5 hectares of farmland and enjoys breath-taking all-round views of  the surrounding Tuscan hills. A few steps from the villa are endless pathways just waiting to be explored on foot, by bicycle or on horseback, while medieval hamlets are less than half an hour’s drive away.
