Interiors

The Ostuni Traditional Farmhouse is an unique, elegant property. It strikes a superb balance between the authentic Apuglian experience and modern comfort; the interior design is contemporary and minimalist in style, whilst the impressive stone structure dates back to the 16th Century. The building is composed of two parts, together accommodating up to 10 guests. The main living spaces and bedrooms are located in the first of these two sections. With their bare brick walls and lofty domed ceilings, the rooms here have a lovely laid-back, light, Mediterranean feel to them. To the right of the villa’s main entrance space, guests will find a homely living room. The room features a television, sofa and small dining table, sitting up to four people. To the left of this space, guests will find a well-equipped spacious kitchen, featuring an additional charming wooden dining table. The main section of the villa sleeps up to 10 people in four different bedrooms. The villa has two stylish double bedrooms, each boasting their own en suite bathroom, a double/quadruple bedroom (guests can use its two extractable beds, if desired) and a fourth room with bunkbeds. In this main section, guests have access to an additional communal bathroom, equipped with a spacious shower.

Exteriors

The real highlight of the Ostuni Traditional Farmhouse is its stunning outdoor area. Guests will enjoy use of the lovely large terrace area that laces around the main building. It is dotted with pretty pergolas, seating areas and a large outdoor dining table: the perfect space for relaxing under the warm Apuglian sun. The terrace is bordered on one side by a magnificent infinity swimming pool (6 by 12 metres), which is lined by comfortable sun loungers. A small lawned area is located on the other side of the pool: an ideal play space for younger guests. The terrace-swimming pool area boasts panoramic views out onto the property’s 2.5 hectares of wider grounds, beautifully embellished with lovely olive trees.

Location

The Ostuni Traditional Farmhouse is located within the stunning Valle D’Itria, a zone in Puglia famous for its delightful rolling landscape, olive groves and vineyards. The villa’s specific location is ideal for sea-lovers and town-lovers alike. It is 7km away from both Ostuni, the ‘White Town’, and Cisternino. Guests will marvel at the palazzi, historic churches and whitewashed architecture which fill the medieval centres of these two picturesque towns. The property is also just a short drive away from stunning Adriatic beaches, including Torre Guaceto and Marine di Ostuni. Visitors will delight in the fine sands and crystal blue waters which this stretch of coastline has to offer.
