This uniquely located Puglia family villa, nestled in the countryside, can host up to nine guests. Its spacious and bright rooms are spread out on a single level. This property has four double bedrooms and three bathrooms, including one exterior. Natural light highlights the the elegant living room, which attaches to the open-plan kitchen. Moreover, the interiors have large sliding glass walls that create continuity between interior and exterior and look onto the garden and pool. The four bedrooms connect to the living room. One has a private bathroom and the other is shared among the other bedrooms. Additionally, outside the villa you can also find the third bathroom complete with an outdoor shower.
Exteriors
The villa is surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove of 7,500 square meters. The well-furnished exteriors will give guests the most relaxing experience. For example, the garden features a gazebo where you can enjoy a barbecue with covered seating area. Olive trees and Mediterranean flora moreover surround the the 10 x 5 meter swimming pool. An exterior staircase also provides access to a terrace with an impressive view of the surrounding area.
Location
This Puglia family villa is in the stunning province of Lecce, in the peaceful countryside, a mere 2 kilometers from some of Puglia’s most beautiful renowned beaches, including Maldive del Salento, Torre Pali, Lido Marini, Torre Mozza and Torre San Giovanni along the Ionian coast. Torre Vado lies 3 kilometers away, at the tip of Itay’s “heel,” with its crystal blue waters and sand dunes covered with lush vegetation.
Finally, you can easily reach the international airport in Brindisi in approximately an hour and a half drive.

Payment methods and Booking procedure

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
