Interiors

Our Porto Rotondo Swimming Pool Villa can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms, each with a bathroom. In addition, the guest house has a double room with a bathroom ideal for the housekeeping. The villa features a large living room with a view towards the panoramic terrace. The dining room offers beautiful views of the sea and a fully equipped kitchen, also open to the terrace. All four bedrooms have a television and multimedia services, en suite bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. In addition, all are equipped with an air conditioning system. The furnishings favour local craftmanship (the famous Cerasarda ceramics, the factory founded by Aga Khan) and artists. The villa also features a fireplace and is heated during the winter.

Exteriors

This Porto Rotondo swimming pool villa is surrounded by large panoramic terraces overlooking the Mediterranean. The large outdoor dining with a barbecue is the perfect spot to enjoy an Italian dinner facing the sea. But the highlight of the outdoor area is the BioDesign swimming pool with an embedded jacuzzi, based on Himalaya Salts. The villa also features a solarium with an open sea view and a 7000 sqm Mediterranean garden with junipers, mastic, myrtle and olive trees, enhanced by spectacular rocks. There is private parking for up to 5 cars.

Location

Far from the chaos of Porto Cervo but just a stone’s throw from Porto Rotondo, the Marinella Bay is one of the most renowned destinations in Sardinia. The villa has a prime location near the sea, with private and direct access to a small beach (little sand but virtually deserted, even in August). This beach is located 200 meters from the famous beach of Marinella, one of the most extensive of the coast, with 1 km of fine white sand. Here you will find umbrellas, sailing and windsurfing schools and restaurants.

The Marinella Bay is 21 km away from Olbia’s international airport, and a few kilometers from the most famous resorts of the Costa Smeralda, from Porto Rotondo to Porto Cervo. The Marinella Bay is protected from the NW wind, the prevailing wind in Sardinia. It has two marinas, both with companies that rent boats for trips along the coast.
