Interiors

This villa can sleep up to 12 guests in its six double bedrooms. There are seven bathrooms in total. The main complex of the property is spacious and light, with large windows overlooking the pool and garden. There is a large living area with a flat screen television, fireplace and plenty of comfortable sofas. The pretty kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to make your own delicious home-cooked meal. It has plenty of storage space. In the main villa complex there is a sleeping area composed of two double bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms (both with showers) as well as an extra bathroom. There are also three trulli annexes. These are ancient stone structures that have a distinctive domed shape, and the owners have fully renovated them to create unique living spaces. There is also one lamia annexe, another traditional stone building. Each of the trulli have their own independent entrance, a bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower). The lamia also has a spacious master bedroom with en suite bathroom (with shower). All of the rooms in this beautiful Ostuni exclusive villa are equipped with air conditioning, televisions and plenty of storage space. Extra services can be arranged, such as cleaning, laundry and a private chef.

Exteriors

This Ostuni exclusive villa blends seamlessly into the beautiful natural surroundings of the property. It has whitewashed stone walls and a lovely complex of ancient stone trulli structures. The property is set in a garden of four acres. Olive groves surround the building and there is a lovely private swimming pool (18m x 6m). There is also plenty of shady space to sit outside and enjoy the temperate Puglian climate. The garden has a pretty pergola by the poolside that has its own barbecue and wine cabinet as well as a patio space and comfortable seating area with curtains and a ceiling fan. For added security, guests can choose to use the CCTV cameras installed in the grounds of the property. These can be switched off upon request.
