Lake Como Design Villa is a striking modern property, its prime mountain-top location offering mesmerizing views over the forest-clad hills and Lake Como below. The property sleeps 6 guests in 3 double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. It has AC, heating and WiFi internet.

The ground floor has an airy, open plan design. The kitchen has all the utensils, crockery and equipment you’ll need to whip up delicious meals with fresh ingredients from the local markets, while the dining area has a spacious table and seating for 12. The lounge has comfortable sofas and armchairs, plus a fire-place to curl up beside if the weather is chilly. A stylish staircase leads to the mezzanine living room, creating extra space for relaxing and socialising. Location

The villa is ideally located to offer tranquillity while being close to many attractions. There is a ferry service that stops at almost every town on the lake, with Como around 45 minutes from the villa and Lecco around 35 minutes. Visitors who enjoy active vacations will find plenty to do, from hiking in the mountains to water-sports on the lake. Keen sightseers will be spoilt for choice with charming small towns like Gravedona and Menaggio to explore. Como has a railway station, making a visit to Milan into another good option for a day out.
