Interiors
Boasting a grand and modern living room flooded with light, the Etna Seaview Villa brings together traditional and design elements. The wood of the high beamed ceilings balances the crystal of the architectural elements, creating an atmosphere of great elegance. The décor channels coastal-chic with a palette of neutral tones and natural textures. The living area opens onto the panoramic terrace.
The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing your own meals and snacks It features a gas-hob, oven microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. Laundry facilities are also provided with a washing machine, iron and ironing board available for guests to use.
The villa sleeps up to 20 guests in 10 bedrooms. Guests will find 5 bedrooms in main building and other 5 bedrooms in the guest house, situated 250m from the main building.
Exteriors
The Etna Seaview Villa’s attractive outside spaces have been designed to offer the highest levels of style and comfort. They indeed combine contemporary flair with notes of Sicilian tradition. The garden displays a classic Italian style with olive and citrus trees, herbs and flowers, while the outdoor furnishings are chic and modern. The swimming pool (8 x 16m – 2.4 m deep) has plenty of loungers and parasols arranged around it so that you can relax, swim a few laps or just soak up the sun. Enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails on the spacious terrace, which has cosy seating and beautiful views across the water. Private parking is also available at the villa.
Location
Sitting on the eastern slopes of Mount Etna, the villa is 6km away from the nearest beach and 20km from Taormina. An ideal choice for a relaxing break with friends and family, the villa is also a superb base for those who want to explore the sights of the region. Popular attractions include Isola Bella, the village of Castelmola, Corso Umberto and the public gardens at Taormina. The nearest airport is 50km away in Catania.

Payment methods and Booking procedure
We accept wire transfer, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USD Tether, Ethereum)
For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
The booking procedure and cancellation policy may vary depending on the villa.
