First of all, this uniquely positioned Cinque Terre beachfront villa allows guests to feel at one with the sea due to it’s direct access to the water. It sits on its own promontory at the end of a sandy beach. It is possible to accommodate 14 people in its seven bedrooms all carefully and colorfully furnished. The villa spreads out over two floors plus a small tower area.
The ground floor consists of a spacious living room with couches, satellite TV and access to an open terrace. Most importantly from here, you’ll enjoy picture windows with views towards the sea. Here you’ll also find four bedrooms. There is a bedroom with two single beds and three additional double bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have an ensuite tub. The third has an ensuite shower. Additionally, there is a bathroom with shower on this floor.
The first floor features a living and dining room with access to a covered terrace. Here you’ll also find a kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms (one with shower and 1 with tub). From the first floor there is a spiral staircase that leads to the tower double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Exteriors
Overall, the Cinque Terre beachfront villa provides incredible 360° views over the Ligurian sea and the town of Levanto. Several terraces provide ideal spots to sunbathe. It’s the perfect spot for optimum relaxation and enjoyment of the sea. A pedestrian area sits just outside the villa providing direct access to the center of the village just 400 meters away. The property opens up to beach areas on both sides, making beach time an intrinsic part of the stay.
Location
Finally the location of the villa is unique. You’ll find the property in Levanto along the gorgeous and well known Italian Riviera. The village is popular among tourists who prefer easy access to the characteristic spots in Liguria. It is simple to catch a train from Levanto to reach Cinque Terre, five picturesque villages nearby. It is also possible to reach them by boat or foot through guided paths. The surrounding landscape is also perfect for hiking either in Levanto or in areas nearby. The nearest cities are La Spezia (40 km) and Genova (75km). Finally, the nearest airport is that of Genova (90km) or Pisa (105km).

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of 50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment. In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival, the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
