This Chamonix Chalet is the perfect blend of contemporary comfort and elegant luxury. Here you will find three floors that hold all you could need to enjoy the perfect Alpine escape. Upon entering, you will find the stylish ground floor. This features three bedrooms, two with king sized beds and one with two singles. All of these bedrooms also have their own en-suites, with a bathtub, shower and toilets. These rooms display modern interiors that prioritise comfort, with plush furnishings exuding a homely and refined ambiance. The same floor also offers guests the opulent leisure space. Here you can relax in your private sauna and hammam. The area moreover has a massage table, should you wish to request such services.
Moving up to the first floor you will also find a spacious living area and the master suite. The open-plan living area features a state of the art kitchen and breakfast bar. This is thus the perfect place to start the day with a bite to eat, or cook up some delicious meals at the end of a long day exploring. This gives onto the dining area with a table and full set of chairs. Just next to this is a living space with a flat screen TV and sofas on which to unwind after a tiring day of skiing. This floor also has a mezzanine which offers more relaxing space. The master suite on this floor features its own dressing room and en-bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilets.
One level under the ground floor of this Chamonix chalet you will find a home cinema with bar. This is a great place to spend a cold winter evening watching a classic film or taking a drink together at your private bar area. Adjoining this you will find the wine cellar as well as the laundry room. A separate garage can hold up to three cars and also provides a ski room with a ski-boot dryer. The linens and towels are provided for all rooms; the rent includes a daily cleaning service and gourmet food basket upon your arrival.

For reservations requested more than 60 days prior to the commencement date, a deposit of
50% of the total rental amount will be charged in order to confirm the booking.
SopranoVillas accepts payments via bank wire transfer, credit card (online or by telephone)
The balance of the full amount due in respect of the reservation and any additional charges are to be paid 60 days before the commencement date. SopranoVillas will send you a reminder of the second payment via email a few days before the deadline. Once the second payment has been received, you will receive all the necessary information for check-in.
The Rental Agreement will be considered invalid and the Guest will not be entitled to any refund in case of a final payment delayed of at least 50 days (e.g. paid 7 days prior to arrival).
If the reservation is requested with less than 60 days prior to arrival, the full rental amount is due in order to secure the booking. The booking will only be considered as confirmed after the deposit payment has been received and the Rental Agreement signed by the Guest.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest more than 60 days before arrival, the
client is entitled to a refund of 20% of the deposit payment.
In case of cancellation of the booking by the Guest within 59 days or less prior to the arrival,
the entire rental fee is non-refundable.
SopranoVillas consider as the date of cancellation to calculate refunds the day of the formal cancellation request (received by email).
