This Tuscany seafront villa features a stunning view over a deep blue sea. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living and dining space. Here you can relax over a meal with your family and friends, or in front of the fireplace on some sofas. On this floor you will also find a well-equipped kitchen. This will provide you with all the equipment you need to cook some delicious meals. This kitchen also leads you into the garden. Within the house you will have access to two double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Guests can also enjoy a twin bedroom which offers a bathroom with a shower. This villa can accommodate six people, however two more can also be housed in separate lodgings upon request. The interiors of the house create a cozy yet elegant ambiance, with whitewashed beams, stylish and clean cut furniture, and terracotta floors.

The property also has a direct access to its private beach. A trekking trail with steep steps cut into the cliffs brings you to beautiful crystal-clear waters tucked between two rocky capes.

You can easily reach many beautiful areas within a short drive of this villa. For example, Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole offer delicious waterside restaurants. Here you can enjoy the sunset whilst eating fresh seafood and drinking authentic Tuscan wines. The nearest supermarket can be found en route to Porto Santo Stefano, roughly 1km before reaching the village. Between these two portos you will also find Feniglia Beach, a stunning, fine-sanded beach that during the working week is pleasantly quiet. Porto Ercole is an ancient fishing village which is extremely picturesque. Moreover, the roundtrip to Porto Ercole comprises of a panoramic country road. This property lies roughly 7km outside of Porto Santo Stefano, however its more isolated location ensures peace, privacy and near-untouched surrounding landscapes.
