Cisternino Design Villa | Puglia
“Guests will be bowled over by panoramic views out on to Puglia’s traditional picturesque landscape, whilst also enjoying the more modern vibrancy of the villa’s contemporary interior design”.
This Puglia design villa is characterful and unique in its structure. It is composed of one main building and a smaller detached annex building. Both structures are innovative and space-efficient in their set-up, allowing the villa to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
The property’s main building is characterised by a light, airy feel, thanks to its large windows and arched, bare-brick ceiling. The heart of this Puglia design villa is undoubtedly its open-plan living space. Guests can relax here and enjoy beautiful views out onto the terrace and pool. In this space, guests will also find a fully-equipped modern kitchen area, accompanied by a lovely large wooden dining table. From this main room, a staircase leads off to an upper and a lower sleeping area. The upper area serves as the villa’s elegant master bedroom and enjoys an integrated ensuite bathroom. In the lower area, we find an innovative, adult take on the classic ‘bunkbed’, with four comfortable double beds fitted into a cubic space. Guests sleeping in this area will have access to an additional bathroom, fitted with a spacious shower.
The smaller annex structure consists of an additional kitchenette and sofa. Above this is a wood-panelled platform hosting another sleeping area. The property’s third bathroom is located in this building.
The hectare-wide outdoor area of this Puglia design villa provides beautiful views out onto the picturesque Apulian landscape, dotted with its characteristic trulli rooftops and olive groves. The villa’s private infinity swimming pool, with its beautiful crystal blue waters, is undoubtedly the best spot from which to enjoy these stunning views. Guests wishing to soak up the sun can enjoy the villa’s large patio area, equipped with comfortable padded sun-loungers. For those who would rather take refuge from the hot Southern Italian Sun, hammocks hung up in the shade of the property’s handsome olive trees offer the perfect solution.
Despite its panoramic views suggesting a location right in the heart of the Apulian countryside, this villa is in fact conveniently located just 2km away from the beautiful Cisternino. This historic town is known for its picturesque whitewashed stone buildings and pretty churches. Cisternino is located within the stunning Valle d’Itria, famous for its rolling landscapes, which are embellished with the characteristic trulli, vineyards and olive groves. The closest restaurants are just 1.5km away from the Cisternino Design Villa, at just a 15 minute walk. The stunning Adriatic sandy beaches are also just a 25 minute drive away.
