Although the volcano is now extinct, hot springs can be found spread all over the island as well as cavern and archeological sites. These enchanting spots are perfect for nature lovers and visitors seeking a spa-like retreat. With an extremely rich soil, the Pantelleria’s agriculture is highlighted by the production of wine, olives, capers and fruits. Olive reaping and mushroom picking are also delightful activity in the area.
