This awe-inspiring 1000 sqm Florence Hills Renaissance villa sleeps up to 14 persons. One double bedroom is located on the first floor with a canopied bed as its stunning centrepiece. The upper floor has five decadently decorated double bedrooms with en-suite marble bathrooms. There is also a double bedroom with kitchenette and bathroom, intended for visiting staff, that can be used by guests if required.
Entering from the ground floor through a walled-courtyard and magnificent entrance hall you will be transported into a world of aristocratic Renaissance style. Period furnishing and antique art have been used throughout to highlight the unique character of the property, with highlights including the elaborate 16th century ballroom and the library with its collection of sail-boat models. Several lounge rooms offer a choice of comfortable spaces for relaxation and socialising, while the dining room’s fresco painted walls are a wonderful setting for memorable holiday meals. The kitchen is located on the lower floor and has all modern amenities, as well as a traditional fireplace and bread oven.
The floors of the villa are connected by an elevator. The first floor has air conditioning, fireplaces and telephone.
The Florence Hills Renaissance villa’s ancient walls are encircled by elegantly landscaped gardens measuring a total of 1200sqm. To the north east is the Porcinai Garden, featuring an oval shaped 18m swimming pool. On the other side, the Cedar Garden’s lush English style lawn and roses are overlooked by a 300 year old Lebanon cedar, making a perfect spot for afternoon tea or sunbathing. The villa has a helipad.
Surrounded by an eleven acre park with olive groves, the villa stands within the gateway of the Chianti region. Opportunities to discover the region’s history are ample with Florence 7km away and Siena and Lucca are around 50 minutes by car.

The villa is fully staffed with butler, porter, maid and concierge service, an estate manager and cook for daily breakfast and one meal per day.
