Brusceto is a light and spacious property of understated elegance with a Main House, a Guest Annex and a Pool House, which makes it perfect for a family retreat with children of all ages.
You will enter in the Main House by a portico entrance. Once stepped inside, you will find a L-shaped living area with sitting room and dining room for 14, a kitchen with larder, a charming covered indoor/outdoor dining area with a large wooden table, a study space with TV and a summer room with TV.
On the ground floor, there is also a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower.
The first floor of the Main House can accommodate 8 guests. There is a fully-equipped master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower, dressing and private terrace, one double bedroom with ensuite shower room, one double bedroom with shower room across the corridor, a large twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower and a landing area with TV.
The Guest Annex, on request, can accommodate 4 guests in two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and the other with shower room. It has also a laundry room.
The Pool House allows guests to change themselves there, after a swim in the 15m x 7.5m heated swimming pool. It provides also a we and shower.
Villa Brusceto boasts a splendid private garden, rich of cypress trees, aromatic bushes and pergolas covered with vines. All around unwind the gentle hills of the estate covered with woods.
In front of the main villa, guests will enjoy the outdoor dining area, with a table for 10 guests protected by the shade of a panoramic porch.
Surrounded by lawn, the pool is equipped with sun loungers. A pergola covered with greenery gives guests a romantic corner of shade. From the heated infinity pool, you can enjoy an idyllic view of the Reschio estate.
Reschio farmhouses are sanctuaries hidden from the outside world, part of a thriving, working estate with its stables, its winery, olive groves, clay pigeon shoots, tennis courts and private Osteria and Bottega. Private riding lessons through the quiet hills can be arranged, Castello di Reschio Estate’s chefs can drive guests to the farmsteads for a one-to-one pasta-making lesson and resident wine experts can host tastings in the Castello’s winery. The estate office has an unrivalled local knowledge and can arrange anything from mountain biking, painting classes, art history excursions to private tours of Chianti vineyards or the many ancient hilltop towns of Umbria and Tuscany.
Also, within an hour’s drive of the Estate are such towns as Assisi, Arezzo, Cortona, Gubbio, Perugia and Siena and many other smaller sights to explore.
