The main entrance door of this Arezzo hilltop villa opens into a hallway that leads to a very spacious living and dining area with handmade terracotta tiles. This area is divided into four areas by four red brick and stone arches. There is the big open fireplace area with chairs, and an entertainment area with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, satellite tv, dvd player, and stereo with a cd player. There is also the wall-to-wall bookcase with armchairs for reading and the table for 8 ( can be made up to 12 ) under an original vaulted ceiling. On one side the living room opens onto the sun terrace, garden and pool through glass doors. On the other side it leads to the spectacular kitchen which is greatly equipped for professional use. It has a large central working area with 5 hobs, 2 ovens, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, American and Italian coffee makers, toaster as well as a table for up to 12. The kitchen is filled with sunlight as it is surrounded by large glass windows on 2 sides and opens into a nice shady verandah for dining outside.

There is a another double bedroom with a bathroom, double sink and shower in the corridor just in front of it. The 2 twins on this floor ( can be made double ) share a bathroom with a shower. All the bathrooms have a hairdryer and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, window screens and internet connection points. Also on the first floor is a small study with 2 computers, ADSL connection and a sofa.
A unique aspect of this Arezzo hilltop villa is the ancient medieval look out tower which has been furnished as a twin bedroom with a shared bathroom on the landing a few steps downstairs. There is a 360 degree view of the surrounding area through the glass windows.
You will find the 4 X 8 meter pool right in front of the house on a sun terrace, accessed through the glass doors of the living room. It is well equipped with deck-chairs and sun umbrellas. On the terrace there is also a large covered verandah with table, chairs and BBQ ideal for enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner “al fresco” while watching the sun set. A beautiful garden reaches down the hill into olive groves and rows of fruit trees. At the rear of the Villa is the main entrance door facing what was originally a wide barnyard with a spacious arched loggia. It is equipped with an oven for pizza, chairs and a bench for relaxing. This set up allows guests to be immersed in the countryside.
