Anacapri Design Villa | Amalfi Coast
“Windows frame the sea like paintings, with design interiors and a peaceful location in Capri, off the beaten track – discover our state-of-the-art villa in Anacapri, ideal for nature lovers and for those seeking relaxation”
This Anacapri Design Villa has just been renovated to the highest standards. Crossing a path in the flower garden, guests have access to the large living area of the villa, a very bright space thanks to the windowed walls. The living room is divided into different areas: the sitting area, with comfortable white sofas arranged around a corner fireplace, the dining room and the open kitchen, which is fully equipped. In this generous open space the windows frame the sea like paintings and a large French window opens onto the lush garden, giving the impression of being en plein air while sitting comfortably on a sofa.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms. The first double room has an en-suite bathroom and independent access to the garden. The second double bedroom shares a bathroom with the third room, which has twin beds. The last room, with twin beds and an en-suite bathroom, overlooks the living room. All the bathrooms have a shower.
The Anacapri Design Villa boasts ravishing views over the sea and a verdant garden on several levels. A paved path goes around the villa, leading to a delightful patio terrace which enjoys shade from olive trees. Here guests will find the outdoor lounge, dining table and kitchen, featuring a wood oven, ideal for pizza and grilled food lovers. A staircase brings guests to the upper level, where you will find comfortable sofas and a solarium boasting a splendid view of the island of Capri. There is also a gym area equipped with modern Technogym machinery at guests’ disposal.
The Island of Capri has two towns: Capri and Anacapri, 3km away. Anacapri is located on the slopes of Mount Solaro at a higher elevation than Capri town. This area is the most authentic and less crowded of the two island destinations. The peaceful surroundings are ideal for those who prefer walking trails to nightlife. A walk around the center of Anacapri will take you past tiny Neapolitan tailor shops, artisan shoemakers, ladies sitting in the shade outside working on their knitting while exchanging gossip and news… all with the aroma of the town’s lemon groves that permeates the air. Most of the island’s sights are located near Anacapri: the Blue Grotto, Villa San Michele, and the chairlift for Mount Solaro.
In Anacapri there are no beaches, but characteristic rocks and terraces overlooking the sea: the water is deep and you enter the sea either with a straight dive or with small ladders.
